- Hold your camera at the same height as the dent — not above or below.
- Make a slow pass from left → right, then from right → left to catch reflections.
- Circle the entire area and show all sides of the panel.
- Make sure lighting is good so the reflections are clear.
- A clear video helps us determine whether paintless dent repair is possible and allows us to prepare your repair plan before we even speak.
